1. Who these terms are with
This store, salttrail.store, is owned and operated by Cendrex LLC, a limited liability company organized in the United States. “SaltTrail” is the brand under which Cendrex LLC sells. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Cendrex LLC, and “you” means the person visiting or buying from the store.
By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges we received it — it does not by itself mean we accepted it. A contract forms when we ship the order.
We may decline or cancel an order if:
- The item is out of stock or discontinued
- The price or product description contained an obvious error
- We cannot verify the payment method or shipping address
- The order looks fraudulent, abusive, or is a repeat bulk purchase beyond normal consumer use
If we cancel, we refund you in full.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping, where applicable, are shown before you pay.
We try to keep pricing accurate. If a pricing error is discovered before your order ships, we’ll contact you and let you confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We never store your full card number.
4. Shipping and delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for processing times and typical delivery windows. Delivery timing may be affected by carrier delays, weather, and events outside our control.
5. Returns and refunds
Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Product safety and intended use
Please read this section. Our products are fishing tools and accessories intended for use by adults in fishing and outdoor activities.
- These are not toys and are not intended for children
- Tools such as pliers, scissors, and hook removers have sharp edges and points; handle with care and inspect before each use
- Fishing hooks are sharp. Always use caution when handling hooks, lures, and line under tension
- Braided line under load can cut skin. Do not wrap line around your hands, fingers, or any body part
- Do not use any tool for a purpose it was not designed for
- Stop using a product immediately if it is bent, cracked, corroded, or otherwise damaged
- Follow all rules issued by your state fish and wildlife agency, including seasons, limits, and gear restrictions
- Wear appropriate eye protection and use safe practices around water and in boats
You are responsible for using our products safely and lawfully.
7. Product descriptions and specifications
We work to describe our products accurately, including dimensions, materials, and line ratings. Slight variations in color, finish, and packaging can occur between batches. Where a specification matters — for example, line test weight — we state the manufacturer’s rating; actual performance depends on knots, drag settings, abrasion, and how you fish.
8. Intellectual property
The SaltTrail name, logo, site content, text, and images are owned by Cendrex LLC or used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written consent. “SaltTrail” is a trademark of Cendrex LLC.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape the site at scale, place orders in bad faith, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Except where prohibited by law, the site and our products are provided on an “as is” basis. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these terms limits any warranty or right you have under applicable US consumer law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cendrex LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Cendrex LLC harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of our products, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Cendrex LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any formal action, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue informally.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
